2. DESIGN
Sit back, relax and enjoy the anticipation of what our designers and architects create for you.
We bring your vision from conception to creative during the design process.
Our team of professionals will create the blueprints and renders you need to understand just how feasible your home is to build.
3. DECIDE
You have complete control over every aspect of your new build and now you get to make it real.
Sign off on the blueprint you love most, make adjustments to it, then have some fun exploring the textures, textiles, finishes and color combinations that excite you most.
Our team will bring you a variety of premium samples to chose from. Once you’ve decided on the details, we’ll discuss an accurate budget and timeline with you to make your decisions even easier.
4. DEVELOP
Time to break ground! Each and every build team is personally lead by Lawrence himself, ensuring that your receive experts on the job that are knowledgeable, courteous and dedicated to your vision.
We handle every detail of your build, from applying for permits, to managing unexpected events, right down to the last detail so you can rest easy, with complete peace of mind.
We’ll keep you up-to-date on your build so that you can see how efficiently your project is progressing, on time and on budget.
5. DONE!
